In the Pascal Naming convention, the first letter of the first word, and the first letter of every word being concatenated to make the identifier. A good example is the Microsoft / Mono naming convention in the .NET Framework for Namespaces, Interfaces and Classes. Example Microsoft.Windows.OperatingSystem, or Novell.Mono.EnterpriseFrameworkClass, etc.
